Dah habis bayar EPP dan dah bayar shipping tapi GIT anda takde update? Why?
Kebiasaannya, tracking no akan dapat dalam masa 3 hari bekerja setelah selesai bayar shipping.
Jika tiada, always always check anda dah update profile ke belum.
How to update profile?
Login apps > me > update info > update profile > upload IC.
PG hanya boleh pos emas anda kalau anda dah update profile dah shipping address tau.
Jika dan buat semua, tapi still tracking no update. Helpdesk sahaja!
How?
Login apps > me > helpdesk > add ticket > select: GIT status – tracking info no update > description: bg no order dan GIT no. > submit ticket.
Staff akan reply within 24hrs of hari bekerja.
